Industrial Architect - Multan, Pakistan



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and then use your technical expertise to create functional and efficient spaces. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in industrial building design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings of industrial buildings using computer-aided design software
- Coordinate with engineers to determine the structural requirements of the building
- Work with contractors to ensure that construction meets design specifications
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction process and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
