Job Title: Personal Trainer - Contract Position in Lahore, Pakistan



We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized exercise programs and nutritional guidance to clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and needs
- Design customized exercise programs based on clients' fitness goals and physical abilities
- Provide guidance on proper form and technique during workouts
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their program as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition to support their fitness goals
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients at all times
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized organization or institution
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to create personalized workout plans for individuals with varying fitness levels
- Proven track record of achieving results with clients of different ages and backgrounds
