Head Chef



We are in search of a skilled and creative Head Chef to join our team in Lahore. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating delicious and visually appealing dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that meet quality standards and cater to customer preferences
- Manage food costing and inventory to ensure profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative flair with the ability to develop exciting menus that appeal to a diverse customer base
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers
- A passion for food with an eye for detail to consistently deliver exceptional dishes

Education:
A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Lahore. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Lahore.
