Job Title: Sales Representative



We are a fast-growing company in the vibrant city of Gujrat, and we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth by selling our products and services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals with new and existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards work
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
