Welder (Urgent)


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Welder to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques and processes to fabricate or repair metal parts for different types of structures and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques and processes
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments
- Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, stick, or oxy-acetylene welding
- Monitor the welding process to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures for defects or imperfections
- Conduct repairs on damaged metal parts by cutting or grinding metal pieces as needed
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of welding equipment as required
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with hazardous materials and high temperatures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder in a similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques including MIG, TIG, stick, oxy-acetylene, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with different metal types such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina and strength for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects during long shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
