Merchandiser for Fashion Accessories in Lahore, Pakistan


We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser for our fashion accessories company based in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for curating and presenting our products in a visually appealing manner to attract customers and increase sales. Your role will involve collaborating with designers and buyers, coordinating with suppliers, and conducting market research to stay on top of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with designers and buyers to develop product assortment plans
- Identify emerging fashion trends and make recommendations for product development
- Conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards
- Create visually appealing displays in-store and online to showcase our products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment based on sales performance
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and make necessary adjustments to product mix
- Partner with marketing team to plan promotional events or campaigns that align with merchandising strategy

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the fashion industry
- Strong eye for design and knowledge of current fashion trends
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with additional benefits such as visa sponsorship.
