Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on current computer systems and procedures used by the company
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements for new systems or improvements
- Design solutions that meet business needs while adhering to budget constraints
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Implement changes or new systems while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
- Test new systems or modifications to existing ones before implementation
- Train employees on how to use new systems or processes effectively
- Monitor system performance after implementation and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Provide ongoing support for computer systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, software development methodologies, and programming languages
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze large amounts of data
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience developing project plans from concept to implementation
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
