Team Lead - Karachi
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees in our Karachi office. You will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your role will require strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees in our Karachi office

- Provide guidance and support to team members when needed
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure alignment and coordination on projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. Biometric passport is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are looking to gain experience in a leadership role while still pursuing their studies.
