We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Karachi. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring their productivity and performance to meet business goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop team members, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Set performance goals and expectations for the team, monitor progress, and provide coaching when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify training needs for team members and coordinate training sessions as necessary
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards by the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Team Lead or Supervisor
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving results through others
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
