Head Baker


We are in search of an experienced and passionate Head Baker to join our bakery team in Lahore. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, managing inventory and supplies, and leading a team of bakers.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Develop new recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and preferences
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained in all baked goods
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking
- Train and supervise a team of bakers to ensure efficient production of baked goods
- Monitor and maintain baking equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to promote our bakery products

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or head baker in a busy bakery or pastry shop
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Creative flair for developing new recipes and flavors
- Ability to manage inventory, supplies, and budget effectively
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and supervising staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain high quality standards
- Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
