Junior Restaurant Manager


We are hiring a Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a Junior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure that all operational and quality standards are met.
- Train and supervise junior staff members to maintain high levels of performance.
- Monitor food and beverage costs and make necessary adjustments to maintain profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the senior management team on menu planning, marketing strategies, and special events.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
