We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a restaurant, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers.
- Create schedules for employees that optimize staffing levels while controlling labor costs.
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to company standards.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or promotions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and employees.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with at least 12 years of education (equivalent to high school diploma) will be given preference. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
