Office Manager - Lahore, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
- Oversee receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and expenses.
- Manage office budget and expenses.
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position. This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday.
Location:
The role is based in Lahore, Pakistan. The candidate must be able to commute to the office daily.
