Office Manager
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Lahore. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and finances, including preparing invoices, monitoring expenses, and handling payroll.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Oversee administrative staff, including receptionists, secretaries, and clerical assistants.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Organize meetings and events, including scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Keep track of employee attendance records and manage leave requests.
- Support HR activities such as recruiting new employees, conducting orientations, and managing employee records.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
Location:
Lahore (without accommodation).
