Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's sales department in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time position does not require prior experience and is suitable for men.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Create and manage the hotel's sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability
- Train and mentor sales team members to achieve their goals and objectives
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel's brand
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Proven experience in a sales management role within the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and market trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse clientele
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Salary: 900$ per month
