Hotel Sales Manager


We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Lahore. This position requires a candidate with prior experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Lahore market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be able to build and maintain relationships with clients, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending events
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Conduct site visits and provide tours to potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to meet their specific needs while also maximizing revenue for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and banquet operations to ensure smooth execution of events and guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in Lahore or surrounding areas
- Strong communication skills in English (Urdu would be an advantage)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Biometric passport is required for this role as international travel may be required occasionally
