Entry-Level Concierge in Lahore



We are seeking an Entry-Level Concierge to join our team in Lahore. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience in the hospitality industry to gain valuable skills and training.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and take messages for guests
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (Urdu/Punjabi language skills are a plus)
