Computer Support Specialist - Contract Position in Khanpur


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Khanpur. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients, ensuring all computer systems and equipment are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients via phone, email, or in person
- Perform system upgrades, updates, and backups as needed
- Set up new user accounts and provide training on basic computer use
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operation of all systems
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software supplies
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and security principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Khanpur (accommodation provided)

Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
