Part-Time Computer Support Specialist
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Khanpur. As a part-time employee, you will work 20 hours per week and receive accommodation as part of your compensation package.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in person, over the phone, or through remote access. This may include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and providing guidance on system usage.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong knowledge of computer systems and be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients in person, over the phone, or through remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install new equipment and configure systems
- Provide guidance on system usage
- Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and IT components such as operating systems, networks, hardware, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training is a plus
