Sales Manager (Lahore, Pakistan)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lahore. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to drive sales and revenue for our company. With your strong leadership skills and extensive sales experience, you will develop and implement strategies to increase market share and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and meet revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results
- Identify potential new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales management within the same industry (preferably with visa sponsorship)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
