Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Your duties will also include setting up and maintaining computer systems, installing and configuring software, and training new users. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to explain technical information in simple terms.

To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of computer systems, networks, and software. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of programming languages and experience with remote troubleshooting tools are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email or chat
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install new computer systems and configure software
- Train new users on system operations
- Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Location: This position is located in Khanpur but applicants from all nationalities are welcome.
Salary: The starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Employment Type: This is a full-time position with standard working hours Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required during busy periods.
