Facade Engineer


A Facade Engineer is responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the exterior of buildings. They work closely with architects, contractors and developers to ensure that the facade of a building meets both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role requires knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and clients to develop facade designs that meet project requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and structural analysis to determine the best materials and systems for a building's facade
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for the construction of facades
- Monitor facade construction to ensure compliance with design plans and industry standards
- Conduct on-site inspections to identify any potential issues or defects in the facade
- Provide technical support to contractors during the construction process
- Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and industry trends related to facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to facades
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Location:
This role is based in Khanpur but may require occasional travel to project sites.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
