Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of building facades, including windows, doors, and exterior cladding. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that all facade elements are installed correctly and meet safety standards. This role requires experience in facade installation and maintenance as well as knowledge of building materials and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain building facades according to architectural plans
- Ensure all facade elements are installed correctly and safely
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project success
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and techniques for facade installation and maintenance
- Use biometric passport for access to secure work sites
- Adhere to all safety regulations while on the job site

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Knowledge of building materials and techniques used in facade construction
- Ability to read architectural plans and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with various teams
- Biometric passport for access to secure work sites
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials if needed
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control

Salary: $900/month (contract job)
