In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes, to perform various tasks on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1100.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors within given timelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and completed tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification or license
- Basic understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Preferred:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites is a plus but not required
