We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of buildings, ensuring that they meet safety and building code standards. This position offers part-time hours with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs and plans.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress.
- Prepare technical reports and specifications for projects.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist with cost estimates and material selection for construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience).

Location: Khanpur (visa sponsorship available).
