Architectural Technologist

We are in search of a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects, ensuring that they comply with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings
- Ensure that all plans are accurate, comply with building codes and regulations, and meet the needs of the client
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure that plans are being followed correctly
- Make any necessary revisions or adjustments to plans based on feedback from clients or contractors
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location: This position is located in Khanpur. However, candidates from other cities within the country may also apply.
