Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for all architectural projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed technical drawings and plans
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Review project specifications and make necessary changes to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare construction documents, including drawings, calculations, schedules, and specifications
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address any technical issues or concerns
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and design trends to improve processes and systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time (with possibility of extension)

Passport Requirement: Biometric passport required for international travel
