Preservation Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while ensuring they meet modern safety and functional standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historical sites to determine preservation needs
- Developing preservation plans and strategies
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure preservation projects are carried out effectively
- Overseeing the restoration process, including managing budgets and timelines
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and historic preservation guidelines
- Conducting research on historical materials, techniques, and construction methods
- Communicating with stakeholders, including owners, government officials, and community members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in historic preservation or conservation projects
- Strong knowledge of historical building materials and techniques
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to preservation projects
- Excellent project management skills
- Effective communication skills
