Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural designs based on client requirements and project specifications
- Create 2D and 3D models of proposed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure designs meet all technical and aesthetic requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project sites
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software
- Strong technical skills in architectural design, drafting, and detailing
- Ability to interpret project requirements and transform them into functional designs
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1400 per month
