We are in search of a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional building structures. Your main responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, creating detailed drawings and plans, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design skills, and the ability to use various design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. You should also have good communication skills to effectively communicate your ideas with clients and team members. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines are also crucial for this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the architecture industry. A degree in Architecture or a related field is required for this position. Candidates with knowledge of sustainability principles or LEED certification will be given preference.

This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company, along with own visa sponsorship if needed.
