Job Title: Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your role will involve creating detailed architectural plans, conducting site visits and inspections, and collaborating with other architects and engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of commercial buildings, including creating architectural plans and drawings.
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project planning and design.
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate project progress to clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Utilize computer-aided design software (CAD) to create detailed drawings.
- Research new materials, techniques, and technologies to enhance project designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
