Commercial Architect


As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations. You will also oversee the construction process, ensuring that the building is constructed according to your design and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project needs and goals
- Develop design concepts for commercial buildings, including layout, materials, and construction methods
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail

Salary: The starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
