Job Title: Senior Commercial Architect
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan


As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings in Khanpur. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop concept designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed construction drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure the timely execution of projects
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct site visits during different stages of construction to ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve material selections proposed by contractors
- Prepare project reports for clients and stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial architect, preferably in Khanpur or similar cities in Pakistan
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
