We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our construction projects in Khanpur. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, design, and execution of our projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process of all projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Review and approve design proposals and construction plans.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage project budget and expenses.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Biometric passport for international travel.
