Architecture Manager



Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes visa sponsorship. This position is open to candidates without prior experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and other project documents
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Prior experience managing teams or leading projects
