Part-Time Senior Architect


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Khanpur. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Oversee the creation of architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new materials, and building codes
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
Salary: 1400$ per month (part-time)

This position is open to both local candidates as well as those residing outside of Khanpur. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
