Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Oversee the coordination of all parties involved in the project (e.g. engineers, contractors)
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport required for international travel
