Barista - Coffee Shop (Khanpur)


We are a bustling coffee shop located in the vibrant city of Khanpur and we are currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing our customers with exceptional service and high-quality beverages.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Ensure consistent quality by following recipes and using proper techniques
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar and dining area
- Stock inventory, monitor supplies, and place orders when necessary
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel purposes (optional)
- Must be willing to work on contract basis (optional)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company.
