Construction Site Supervisor

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Khanpur. This includes managing and coordinating the construction team, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and monitoring progress to meet project deadlines. You will also be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and quality control on the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement schedules for each phase of the project.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.
- Identify any potential issues or delays in the construction process and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Manage budgetary constraints by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
