Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Khanpur. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. You will also be in charge of coordinating with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against them
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and materials selections
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project progress and any potential issues or delays
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports on project status, including financials, timelines, risks, and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. In addition to salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees.
