Job Title: Pastry Chef


As a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and visually appealing desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. You will work closely with our team to develop new menu items, oversee the production of all baked goods, and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of the pastry department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to our menu
- Develop new recipes and menu items while considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Oversee the production of all baked goods to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and best practices
- Maintain inventory levels for all supplies needed in the pastry department
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes while adhering to our brand standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate junior staff members
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
- Certification from a recognized culinary institute is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume establishment
- Fluent in English
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month
