Job Title: Surveyor
As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing detailed topographical maps, charts, and survey reports for construction, engineering, and land development projects. You will also be required to gather data using various methods such as GPS, aerial photography, and electronic distance-measuring equipment. Your work will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify land features, property boundaries, and other relevant information
- Use various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography to gather accurate data
- Prepare detailed topographical maps, charts, and survey reports for construction and engineering projects
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy of data and proper implementation of plans
- Analyze survey data using computer software programs to create digital representations of land areas
- Provide recommendations for land use based on survey findings
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during fieldwork activities
- Keep detailed records of all survey data collected
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Surveyor in construction or engineering projects
- Proficiency in using GPS equipment and computer software programs for surveying
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-professionals
Location: Khanpur (without accommodation)
Salary: $1800/month (own visa jobs)
