Contract Merchandiser (Khanpur, Pakistan)



We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Contract Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the buying and selling of goods for our company. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and includes a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer demands
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, quality, and delivery terms
- Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for sales demands
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to make strategic buying decisions
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective merchandising strategies
- Develop relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer needs
- Communicate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and finance
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is an asset but not required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
