Mason Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Khanpur and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all masonry work on our projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all masonry work on construction projects
- Supervise and manage a team of masons
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Order necessary materials and equipment for each project
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of workmanship
- Monitor progress and provide regular reports to project manager
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason or in a similar supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and project managers
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on construction projects in Khanpur or similar locations
- Trade certification or diploma in Masonry or related field
