Head Baker


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at our bakery in Khanpur. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations, including creating new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and training and supervising other bakers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new and innovative recipes for our bakery products
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have enough ingredients for production
- Train and supervise other bakers on techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Collaborate with management to develop business strategies for the bakery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional baker
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise others effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have a creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes
- Ability to work early morning shifts as needed
- A valid visa or ability to obtain own visa is required

Salary: 1700$ per month
