Part-Time Handyman in Khanpur


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Khanpur on a part-time basis. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment and visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of properties to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed
- Repairing or replacing fixtures, furniture, appliances, and other items as needed
- Painting walls and conducting minor renovations as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in handyman work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own transportation

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $900 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Khanpur but remote work may be available depending on the project.
