Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan (Open to all nationalities)


As a Handyman at our company, you will be responsible for handling various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties in Khanpur. You will use your expertise in plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and other areas to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and functioning smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light fixtures, repairing drywall, etc.
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Paint walls and perform touch-ups as necessary
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues
- Keep track of inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs
- Communicate with property management team to report any major issues or delays in repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of a wide range of repair techniques including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or in tight spaces if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this role.
