Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all office activities including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining supplies
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork
- Provide support to team members by scheduling meetings, arranging travel plans, and preparing presentations
- Monitor office budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200/month (with accommodation)
