Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Khanpur. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your role will involve regular communication with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to promote our hotel as a preferred destination for business and leisure travelers. You will also be responsible for creating sales plans, setting targets, and managing budgets to achieve revenue goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales or hospitality management, preferably within the hotel industry. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively promote our hotel and negotiate deals with potential clients. A strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry is also desirable.

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also oversee the daily operations of the hotel's sales department. This includes managing a team of sales executives, setting their targets, providing training and support, and monitoring their performance.
