Temporary Concierge

We are seeking a temporary Concierge to join our team in Khanpur. As a temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting with various tasks such as room reservations, providing information about local attractions, and handling guest requests. This position does not require any previous experience and offers accommodation for the duration of the assignment. Suitable for individuals with own visa or open to all nationalities. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle room reservations and check-ins/check-outs
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to handle luggage
- Must have own visa or open to all nationalities

Salary: 1300$ per month (accommodation included)
Location: Khanpur, preference given to those already located in or willing to relocate temporarily.
